NETHERLANDS WELCOMES MACDRIVE 2000
On-Site appointed Mediafour's Dutch distributor
WEST DES MOINES, IA (15-May-2000) — Mediafour
Corporation, a leading developer of cross-platform file sharing
software solutions,
has formed a partnership with On-Site Distribution, a leading
Dutch technology solutions provider. On-Site will immediately
begin distributing the English version of MacDrive 2000, Mediafour's
award-winning disk-sharing software. A Dutch-language version
of MacDrive 2000 will be released yet this year, and is currently
expected to be available in the third quarter.
On-Site approached Mediafour at CeBIT 2000 in Hannover, Germany
last February, while searching for a quality connectivity product
to add to their portfolio. "On-Site was attracted to our
company because they are a business-to-business solutions provider,
and we are very solution-oriented as well," said Mediafour's
international marketing director Daniel Wallek. "This common
focus will help us to serve the Dutch market and maximize sales
in The Netherlands, to the benefit of both companies."
The Netherlands is the twelfth country to distribute MacDrive
2000, and the fifth country to distribute a version translated
into the local language. On-Site is one of five European distributors
with which Mediafour has formed an alliance since their introduction
to the market in September 1999. Mediafour's products are
sold in more than 64 countries worldwide, both through distribution
and via the World Wide Web.
