Software Support

Store Sales

Sales through the Mediafour Online Store are to end-user customers only. Products sold through the store may not be purchased for resale. If you are interested in becoming a Mediafour reseller, please contact our sales team →.

Electronic Software Downloads

Mediafour products are available for immediate download and installation. After you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased product, as well as the serial number that you will need for installation. Please save and backup this file if you need to install again in the future.

Shipping Options

Mediafour software is delivered via download. If you wish to purchase a Backup CD of the product, backup CDs are shipped via USPS.

Order Processing

Mediafour products are available for immediate download and installation. Backup CDs, if purchased before 3:00pm (Central time) Monday through Friday, will ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped out the next business day. If you have purchased an electronic download you will receive email confirmation and instructions shortly after the order is completed.

Software Licenses

Mediafour products are licensed on a per computer basis. One license of software is valid for one computer. We do offer discounted pricing on multiple licenses. In order to receive the multiple license discount all licenses must be purchased at the same time.

Volume Licenses

Volume licenses (over 25 licenses) are available to individuals or businesses to install Mediafour software on multiple computers at a discounted price. For more information on quantities over (25) licenses please contact our sales team →.

Academic/Not-For-Profit

Faculty and students, as well as Not-For-Profit organizations, can purchase Mediafour software at a discounted price. In order to receive special Academic/Not-For-Profit pricing, you will need to provide proof of your academic status. Please contact our sales team to receive purchase instructions. Please be prepared to provide one of the following items upon request.

  • Dated Student ID Card
  • Dated Faculty ID Card Dated
  • Current class schedule
  • Letter from school on school letterhead
  • Recent faculty/staff payment stub (please black out salary information)
  • Proof of affiliation with the U.S. Military

You can also provide an affiliation Copy of the organizations 501(c)3 Determination Letter or other documentation confirming that the organization is a legitimate non-profit organization.

Sales Tax & Tax-Exempt Orders

Sales tax will only be collected on all purchases made in Iowa. If you are purchasing on behalf of a tax-exempt organization located in Iowa, please contact our sales team →. Please be prepared to provide proof of tax-exempt status (e.g.IRS tax-exempt letter).

Payment Methods

Mediafour accepts all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Payments may also be made through PayPal. If you wish to place an order with a purchase order, please contact our sales team →.

Refunds

We work hard to ensure the software you purchased from Mediafour performs as advertised and exceeds your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the software for a full refund (less tax and shipping charges) within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. We require an Electronic Letter of Destruction (eLOD) or deactivation of the software as well as a dated receipt as a proof of purchase for all returns. We typically process refunds within two (2) business days.

Retail Store Purchase
