Where do I find my serial number?
If you originally purchased your software from Mediafour, you can locate your serial number by logging in to your customer account and selecting “Show Previous Orders” and then “Order Details”. The serial number will be near the bottom of the page. It is also listed on your order confirmation email from Mediafour.
If you did not purchase directly from Mediafour, please check the CD-ROM case. The serial number is on the backside of the case on a yellow sticker.
Does entering my serial number start the purchase process?
Entering your serial number does not obligate you to purchase, but will put the upgrade in your shopping cart, and qualify you to purchase the upgrade. Upgrades are only available for download. If you would like a CD-ROM, you can add a “Backup CD by Mail” from the shopping cart.
Can I still use my old serial number?
Once your upgrade order is complete, the previous version serial number you provide will be invalidated from use and you will receive a new serial number for your upgrade order. Please make sure that you uninstall Mediafour software from any computers using the qualifying serial number prior to completing your upgrade purchase.
