Upgrades are available to licensed users of previous versions of Mediafour software. In order to purchase an upgrade at the discounted upgrade, price you will need to verify your previous software purchase with a product serial number. Where do I find my serial number?
If you originally purchased your software from Mediafour, you can locate your serial number by logging in to your customer account and selecting “Show Previous Orders” and then “Order Details”. The serial number will be near the bottom of the page. It is also listed on your order confirmation email from Mediafour.
If you did not purchase directly from Mediafour, please check the CD-ROM case. The serial number is on the backside of the case on a yellow sticker.
Entering your serial number does not obligate you to purchase, but will put the upgrade in your shopping cart, and qualify you to purchase the upgrade. Upgrades are only available for download. If you would like a CD-ROM, you can add a “Backup CD by Mail” from the shopping cart.
