Login to the Mediafour Online Store by using your e-mail address and the password you created when you made your purchase. Once logged in you can view your previous orders to obtain your serial number and re-download your software installer (if the Extended Download Service was purchased).

To access the Customer Service desk, login at the Mediafour Online Store. Choose "View Previous Orders" and click "Post & View Messages or Files" next to the order you need assistance with.
