Login to the Mediafour Online Store by using your e-mail address and the password you created when you made your purchase. Once logged in you can view your previous orders to obtain your serial number and re-download your software installer (if the Extended Download Service was purchased).
If you would like to purchase the Extended Download Service, or if you need additional help please use our online Customer Service desk. To access the Customer Service desk, login at the Mediafour Online Store. Choose "View Previous Orders" and click "Post & View Messages or Files" next to the order you need assistance with.
