End of Support for XPlay 2
The XPlay 2 product was introduced in April 2004, and was replaced by XPlay 3 on February 4, 2008.
The features of the newer XPlay 3 product are needed in order to maintain compatibility with current iPods and operating systems, so continued support of XPlay 2 has become impractical. Therefore, the last day of technical support for the XPlay 2 product line (and all versions older than 2) was March 1, 2008. The last day of distribution for hotfixes and updates was May 1, 2008.
If you are currently a XPlay 2 (or older) user, you can upgrade to XPlay 3 for the nominal fee of $14.95(USD). We encourage all XPlay 2 (or older) users to upgrade now not only for continued support, but also for the new and improved capabilities of XPlay 3.
If you currently use XPlay 2 (or older) and choose not to upgrade, please be aware that technical support is no longer available for your product.
